Cancellation Policy 取消政策

Class cancellations are only possible when at least one (1) full day (24 hours) notice is given. This notice period is­­ required for both the Institute and the Teacher.1天（24小时）通知的情况下，才可以取消课程。这个通知期对学校和教师都是必要的。

Cancellations made less than eight hours prior to the scheduled start time of the lesson will generally not be accepted. However, this type of cancellation can be made possible only if accepted by the opposite party (Institute or Teacher). If this is not the case, the penalties stated below (Cancellation Policy 3 & 4) will be applied accordingly. 8小时的取消，一般不被接受。然而，这种类型的取消只有在对方（学校或教师）接受的情况下才可以。如果不是这样的话，下面的惩罚措施（取消政策3和4）将相应适用。

If a class is cancelled due to a student's absence, delay of more than 20 minutes or due to an unforeseen reason from the Institute’s side (less than 24 hours before the start of the class), the Institute will reimburse the Teacher with a full one (1) class’s payment. 20分钟或由于学院方面的不可预见的原因（在开课前24小时内）而取消课程，学院将向教师偿还一节课的全部费用。

If a class is cancelled due to a Teacher’s absence (less than 24 hours before the start of the class), the Teacher shall reimburse the Institute for one (1) full class’s payment. 24小时而取消课程，教师应向学校偿还一节课的全额费用。
